Privacy Film
This new buildout required there to be a frost privacy film on the upper windows, about 30 feet the air. Client had already installed the HVAC system, so we had to use a Z lift to zip and wind through the HVAC system as well as the wires holding it up. This was challenging but fun!
Privacy Film on a Commercial Building
The installation of frost privacy film on the upper windows of this new buildout was a unique and challenging project. With the HVAC system already in place, our team had to find a creative solution to install the film. The Z lift was the perfect solution, allowing us to zip and wind through the HVAC system and the wires holding it up, ensuring that the film was securely in place.
This frost privacy film provided the perfect balance of privacy and natural light, creating a comfortable and functional space for the client. The frosted appearance of the film creates a subtle, yet effective, barrier that maintains the privacy of the interior while still allowing natural light to enter the building.
The height of the windows, about 30 feet from the air, added an extra layer of difficulty to the installation process. However, our team of experienced professionals was able to handle the challenge with ease, ensuring that the film was installed to the highest standards.

We installed a beautiful film called Llumar V33 on the Tisch Tower. This solar control film has high visibility and high heat control without causing a reflective exterior. The glass is single pane, so the client had a hard time keeping high solar heat out of the building. This project was 10,000 square feet of glass.

Avery Dennison Optitune 05 Film
Client had a large glass roll door that would get hit with intense sun all day and was making it very difficult for the employees to work comfortably and effectively. They tried covering it with cardboard, but needed a more elegant solution. We installed Avery Dennison Optitune 05, which is a dual reflective film and has a heat rejection of 84%. This is one of our most popular films.

Llumar DR 25 Film
Solar Control film on all south, west, and eastern exposures to block out heat and improve HVAC load. For this project we installed Llumar DR 25 on roughly 45,000 square feet of glass. Llumar DR 25 is a dual reflective film which has high visibility and high heat control.

Avery Dennison Blackout Film
Client was getting a fresh buildout and needed to cover the walls that were going to be installed in front of the glass. Industry standard is to cover glass with a film that matches the spandrel glass or use Avery Dennison Blackout film. This is a 100% privacy film.
